Zaher was professional at his job
Zaher was professional at his job, but can sometimes be forgetful. As a result, Hello Services arranged a second visit to make up for the disappointment. Now, my oven is shiny and my washing machine is fresh. Not a bad service imo.

I was very impressed by the thorough job done by Joel and his female partner. Particularly pleased to see how well cleaned were the banisters, the cupboards, all doors, all door handles and the oven.

Lovely professional team who did a cracking job
short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

The team was nearly an hour late but they did call me to check they could still come which was good. They were very efficient and did a lovely job of my oven. I had other quotes and Hello Services were very expensive compared to other companies by £30 to £40.

Lovely team who sorted out our large oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher with a day's notice. Can't thank them enough and really reasonable prices.

The overall performance was good but should pay more attention to minor parts
esired. As there were still stains on the upper part of the oven's compartment. In addition, the bed rooms, toilets and bathrooms have been done very well but the inside of the bathroom drain covers were uncleaned. Hope the cleaners can work more comprehensively next time.

General performance was good but it seemed that there were some minor parts overlooked. For instance, the standing shower cabin had been cleaned thoroughly but the inside of the shower drain cover was uncleaned or there were still stains on the upper part of the mircowave oven's compartment.

End of Tennancy Clean
End of Tennancy Clean The team arrived promptly and cracked straight on with it. They did a brilliant job in the house, especially with the tough jobs like the oven and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
