Extremely in-depth and professional cleaning

Very punctual and diligent cleaning service. Cleaners were understanding of the fact that I was going through a very difficult and stressful house move, and regrettably still had some areas of the flat that were not accessible due to furniture. Everything I had asked them to clean was left in sparkling condition.

We have recently purchased our first home that was unfortunately left a bit grubby. We decided to get Hello services in as I had previously used them for an end of tenancy clean. They did not disappoint, Marius and Nicole came in and spent a solid 4.5 hours bringing the place back to a superb standard.

Team of cleaners very professional and efficient. Worked very hard throughout and I was really pleased with the clean.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.

Izabell and her team did an excellent job cleaning my flat ready to go up for sale. She even threw away rubbish I had left in the flat, and cleaned the shower door 3 times to get rid of the old soap scum and limescale. Very affordable for a full deep clean, including white goods, oven, and carpets. Thanks so much!

Main cleaner kept me informed of where she was on route, she and the rest of the team worked really hard without stopping for three hours and did the best job they could under the circumstances. Thank you very much Kate

The team had a tough job, 3 years of grease and overall grubby tenants. But they did impeccably!! The house was spotless!! Really impressive job, well done!!
