Beginning conflict of original appointment but resolved but stressful as husband coming home from hospital. Issue with clearing rug a shear mistake and none issue because carpet has to be replaced. Great team. Excellent service and will book again. With thanks.

Original team due at 9am but due to illness couldnt come however i had replacement team on site by 11am which was fantastic. Helena and her team were very pleasant to deal with and did a fantastic job without me needing to guide. Everyone seemed to know their job and just got on with it. Would def use again if need arose.

Very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and reworking quote. Appreciated being able to have my booking confirmed at very short notice as my father in law was due to return home from hospital rather than going to a care home. Frances was great at communicating on the day and checked what was needed. She and her colleague worked solidly to get the work done and discussed options with me on curtain cleaning and made sure I knew what best options were. They brought all the equipment, removed all rubbish from the house, put back furnishings left the house looking amazing and smelling fresh. Both worked efficiently and cheerfully the whole time. Happy to book again.

We had two delightful Portuguese men - they worked hard and were very through- had been truthful from the outset about any areas that they could not guarantee but would do their best (and have to say the line scale did nearly all come off) thank you

Honestly they did an amazing job they left my apartment smelling fresh and beautiful. The ladies worked hard and did very well with the cleaning.

Friendly and polite cleaning staff. Oven and bathroom cleaning were top standard. Some crumbs left on kitchen worktop. Cleaning took longer than anticipated but the general standard was very high. Thank you.

We were moving homes abd everything of moving that could go wrong did go wrong. The cleaners that came were friendly, helpful, understanding and performed miraces on the property we were vacating. Really nice staff and good work

The team did a great job and were thorough and efficient. I have closley considered whether to raise this rather sensitive issue but on balance thought as a business you would like to know. With the exception of the team leader, the other 3 cleaners had strong body odour (which i realise will be partly down to the physical nature of the job however I felt the strength of the odour was more than this and quite unpleasant) Secondly (and again not a major issue) when offered and accepting drinks and snacks (whilst i realise their English was not good which is fine) they should be taught simple words like thank you. Overall very pleased with the service. Thanks Kathryn

Excellent customer service. The guys who did the clean itself were professional but so friendly. They did exactly what I had requested and left my house sparkling. I thought it was very reasonably priced too. Will definitely use this company again. 👍😊

Both cleaners did an excellent job after my tenant left the studio in terrible state. Well done
