I needed an end of tenancy clean for the next day and they were happy to provide a cleaning service. It was easy to choose what kind of service I wanted and any areas of focus. Adriana and Constantin were very polite and did a great job cleaning a 2 bed house! Especially as they were working in 30 degree heat. My landlord was happy with the results. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for something late notice.

Negative they were late. I had to call to chase. Positive my house was a filled with builders dust everywhere. 3 cleaners arrived and cleaned the my ex building site back to a house to lay carpet. Yes very happy with the service and would recommend. Wish I had photos.

Top notch service! We had guests arriving that day and wanted the house to be fresh and clean. They were very professional and did the job quite quick. Really impressive was that they did while the temperature was very high and the top two floors of my house get very hot. Thanks so much!

Hello Services were very efficient and the person who came to do the carpets was excellent. One small thing was that I had put in online what I needed doing and apparently unbeknown to me it wasn't complete so I didn't have all the work done that I initially required but happy with final outcome

Excellent service. We reached out last minute for end of tenancy cleaning and Hello Services delivered. I was able to book in minutes and request all I needed online. They came and the cleaning was superb. Would highly recommend.

The company communicated really well, were flexible with a last minute request of time change. The team arrived early, confirmed exactly what needing doing. They were polite and worked hard returning my home to me after a 6 month renovation. The home looked great and at the end they checked in again asking me to inspect and confirm that I was happy. I recently used Hello Service Ltd for an end-of-tenancy cleaning in Cambridge and was extremely pleased with the results. Booked the team for a one off deep clean. I could specify exactly what I wanted done in each room and receive a clear quote, which I could tailor easily. Once confirmed I found the payment and booking process straightforward. Izabela was my main contact, there was clear communication throughout and the team did a brilliant job, exactly what I was after. They brought all their equipment and worked very efficiently.

Great service from Ingrid and other person whose name I did not catch. Really good professional job and done in just two hours which was quicker than I thought. Very good service would recommend this company the young man that came round. I'm sorry I don't know his name but he did A fantastic job. The place is spotless. I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. We paid £200 and it was worth it If you need an end of tenancy clean or any other clean then please call this company. They are fantastic. Very helpful, very prompt.

Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

The couple who cleaner my mum’s house morning were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard, were professional throughout, and showed great honesty by returning money they found in the house. It’s so reassuring to know there are trustworthy people like them. Very professional team, despite having to wait 2 hours whilst we got keys they then cleaned the house from top to bottom. Everything sparkled. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for your new house to be cleaned.

Punctual attendance, professional servicemen, easy to get along with, checked in with me periodically, brought all their own supplies. Didn't rush the job (an initial fear), and grateful for the diligence. Only thing is, he never actually introduced himself formally and gave a name, so can't credit him, and also might help build rapport better for next time but can not fault the work.

INCREDIBLE. No other words. form the process of being quoted, confirmed and the job. Cosmina was on time, super communicative and I was blown away by the detail. My outdoor deck looked like a different place. I hired a deep cleaning for a new home and I will be working with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very happy with the standard of cleaning, would definitely recommend its very important to get a thorough clean done by professionals. Omar turned up on time, was very personable, and cracked straight on with the job, which was completed in what seemed to me to be no time at all. Carpets looked much better and 'improved' again when they were dry, in a couple of hours.

Absolutely brilliant company, we had bookings with two branches, Cleaning and Removals, both of whom provided impeccable service, helpful, clear and competent - I also found the general booking/quoting from the company very straightforward and helpful, adjustments were made in accordance with requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Adriana and constantine came to my house for end of tenency clean of bathroom shower and oven. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Their work was to a very high standard, they arrived on time and communication from the booking to the end of the job was good. Best service as always! I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Amazing experience with this company. Booked the cleaning with 3 or 4 days notice. Easy to book, easy to select options about what needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 girls got there on time and what I thougth it would take, at least for me, 3 or 4h it was done in 1.5h. Checked the flat and it was spotless, checked the oven and it was like new, the bathroom like never used. Definitively would recommend it and use the service again. Thank you

Very professional cleaners, very kind! The over and hobs of the flat we are moving into were seriously dirty and they did an amazing job! They also cleaned an extra window for us. I would recommend and I would book again in a heartbeat!

Had great service from Adam and his team! They were really communicative about what would happen on the day and timings. The cleaning itself was brilliant, they did a really good job and my house feels so much better! Really recommend them.

Really pleased with the service I received at very little notice. I booked the appointment on 31/3 for a deep clean to take place the following afternoon. Adriana called me in the morning and asked if it would be ok for her to arrive earlier, which was even better. They arrived at new time agreed and I left as the property is not currently lived in. I received a call about 3 hours later to tell me that they were nearly finished so I went back and I could not believe the difference. For context the 2 bed flat was extremely dirty, I wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference that they have made. They worked so hard and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will be using again and recommending to others. Thank you!

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

Great communication, extremely reliable, fantastic price and an amazing cleaning services provided. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. The ladies waited and asked if I would like to take a look around before they left, to inspect their work. They paid so much attention to everything, they even cleaned the tracks on the inside of my blinds. I highly recommend 👌🏻

Efficient service and friendly staff. Quoting process was quick and easy, and was the best price I found locally. They subcontracted to a small local firm, who turned up promptly, worked incredibly hard, and managed to fit way more furniture in a Luton than I thought possible. They were creative in solving issues of things not fitting down the stairs and lowered them out the window with a strap. Really pleased with the service!
