We booked this service to clean our flat in Bristol at the end of tenancy - it was a basement flat and quite damp and was not looking its best, but they did a wonderful job in a very quick time. Our landlord even commented that it was spotless!

Very thorough clean - end of tenancy flat

We arranged a clean for the end of our tenancy in our flat - Iasmina delivered a very thorough clean, including fridge, freezer, shower, toilet, at a time that was convenient for us. I would recommend her services and will use her again.

Brilliant end of tenancy cleaning from Loredana will recommend her

Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great j… Read more

ob and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏

We have recently purchased our first home that was unfortunately left a bit grubby. We decided to get Hello services in as I had previously used them for an end of tenancy clean. They did not disappoint, Marius and Nicole came in and spent a solid 4.5 hours bringing the place back to a superb standard.

  Great & lovely team!

The team were so lovely and super helpful. They cleaned the flat within an inch of its life for an end of tenancy clean and I'll be surprised if our management agency can find a single thing to complain about!

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning from Hello Services, the cleaner who came by was friendly and gave the flat a good cleaning - but then the renting agency pointed out some areas that didn't meet their criteria. I got in touch with Hello Services again, they gave some explanations (Covid-19 restri… Read more

ctions etc.), but then efficiently sent the cleaner back to rework on the flat, the renting agency was happy with the result in the end. These cleaning jobs aren't rocket science and sometimes different people may have different standards (which they may not communicate clearly enough!!), what you need is a company that is helpful and responsive and has the goodwill to deliver satisfactory services to the clients. Thanks, Hello Services!

Perfect End of Tenancy cleaning service

Good communication from the head cleaner Tina and she and her team completed the job quicker than anticipated, with no effect on the overall result (my check-out inspection passed!). Very happy with the all-round service.

End of tenancy clean by Anna and team

An end of tenancy clean was required for our property. Anna called a few days before the visit to check the details to ensure she had the right tools with her for the job. Fantastic service!

Nicole & Marius were brilliant! They arrived in a timely manner and promptly got to work.
