It was a great service!

Both gentlemen friendly and done excellent job

Team Yamba and Janeth from Edinburgh (case no. 3504) did an amazing job, especially with the kitchen that has difficult access and was very filthy.

Both of the guys that came to carry out the work were very nice, polite and personable. They carried out the work promptly, to a very high standard and cleaned up immaculately once they had finished - would definitely recommend

I was happy with the service but only one person doing all the at 4pm at worked to nearly to 830pm work plus we never got our carpet cleaned as requested but .,the rest was brilliant and so was Nazia

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Bobby and his team were the highlight of my move in day, so polite, friendly, arriving early, working so hard all day, my house looks beautiful. I highly recommend Hello Services, and if you get Bobby and Co. You've lucked out! Thanks team xxx

The admin team were so responsive and speedy - really great communication to book/add on services. Then the cleaning duo Team Yamba were amazing! Arrived exactly on time, listened carefully to some of the complexities of the clean, and followed all instructions. Advised the best approach to cleaning the sofa given how filthy it was. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Hello Services were able to provide a team at relatively short notice, and I was very happy with the team that showed up. The only criticism is some confusion around exactly what was covered and what needed to be done

I would recommend Hello Services. I needed to have my oven cleaned at short notice, and found Hello Services had availability for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaner allocated to us is called Robert. He did an outstanding job. The oven is about 10 years old, in fairly good condition, but had not been professionally cleaned before. Robert worked very hard, and did his very best. He was realistic, and said that because the oven is older he could not guarantee how it would look, but he need not have worried because the results are very good.

Cleaner was great - punctual and super lovely, pleasure to talk to. He did a fantastic job, the place was sparkling after he left. The only criticism I would say is it is quite costly, having said that, i was very happy with the standard of the clean

The team who came to Elcho Terrace were fantastic. They did such a thorough clean tgat the letting agent described it as ‘spotless’. Thank you. I will however be emailing you about the post building work clean at Seaview Terrace.

Excellent clean, fantastic service. Really pleased overall.

Cobwebs still left after a deep clean. Some lower areas missed and fans in bathroom but cleaned evened though it stated this would be part of the service. Also I paid for 6 rooms to have the carpet cleaned. As our 5th bedroom has a divider our hallway carpet was not cleaned as he classed our 5th bedroom as 2 carpets. This was disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

For us a very hard working Team. A job well done. Thanks for helping us out.

Excellent customer service

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, bathrooms, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. I almost didn't think the stove and dishwasher would be salvageable but they looked better than when we first moved in! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Compared to the other cleaners I've had, these guys were amazing.

Great service by Jo, polite and solid worker. I didn’t really meet his assistant. On a lesser note, on inspection, the only negatives were in the Bathroom. The interior of the wall mirrors cabinet was not cleaned. I have since done it myself. On both sides of the bathroom door, finger marks and smudging remains. I reported to Jo that my toilet brush had been broken on the handle. I have photos of this should you require them. Could you please let me know if you can rectify this as I would like to be able to recommend the service as a “ 10/10” . Regards Graham.

I was very pleased with the service provided the only thing was 1 hour into their cleaning they received a text from the office saying I had not paid for the service and I had actually paid at least 2 weeks previously when I first booked the service. It took me quite a while to find proof of my payment so I was not happpy about that.

Team Yamba provided an excellent service. They were professional, polite and left my house beautifully clean. The whole process was seamless.

Hi a good job was done but not your fault my father in laws place was a mess bless him he is 90 we did not realise how bad. So you could not get in two bedrooms however your chaps missed a arm chair be great if they could come back and do that thank you so much

The guy who came to clean the ovens did a good job, however he was late arriving and there was no communication from either him or the team at hello services despite me phoning them to find out why he hadn't arrived.

Thank you so much for the hardwork and great service your team provided yesterday in a difficult situation. I am extremely grateful for what they did and the difference they have made to a family's life.
