The guys arrived prompt at 9 am . Sorry I’m rubbish at names but I remember the one guys initials were AB . He really worked hard . Both guys were very polite and were happy to pop back up the stairs to finish dusting the bedrooms surfaces that were missed . Not one moan for doing so , that ment a lot to me . Very happy thank you .

Erik did an amazing job deep cleaning the carpets plus the oven and the curtains!

Team Yamba arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They helped clean the house at the end of our tenancy. They were very patient. Since the house was a little big, they took extra care to clean every nook and corner. Team Yamba to the rescue ☺️

Ismael and Ali cleaned the kitchen of a house I had just bought. Before they started it was disgusting, but they got everything clean so I can use it. They were polite and friendly and worked very hard.

Very good services provided. Cleaned the hob free of cost as I forgot to add in the requirements. Very good cleaning of the washroom despite it being in a dire condition. Both operatives Ismail and Ali were very professional and did a good job.

Next day done on the super smooth booking platform! Comms quick, friendly cleaner, from a filthy kitchen tenancy-end to spick and span and sparkling in less than 90 mins! Please can you provide a way to tip the serviceperson after the visit?

Roaman, Carla + the team did a great job, very effective cleaning, worked at speed, explained everything they were doing and adaptable working around us working from home... and very sweet to my dog! They even got my filthy oven clean! Sam and Jerry at the office were also very helpful answering my enquiries. Thankyou!

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

Today my house was deep cleaned from Constantin and his colleague They done a fantastic job they were very thorough the house looked and smelt so good when they had finished. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

We booked a couple of days before the system was quick and easy to understand. Saya was friendly and professional, she talked me through her process and made sure that I knew what products she was using as well. She was very kind and did a fantastic job on a number of appliances in our home.

Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

Saya and her team were great. The best customer service. Cleaning was higher than 5 star. They went out of their way to make sure my end of tenancy clean was more than what I expected.

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

After a long bout of ill health, I had fallen behind on my cleaning and was embarrassed about it. I made a booking a few days ago, and Saya arrived today and did an amazing job. Everywhere now looks great, better than I had hoped! Saya was lovely and kind, and very understanding of my current limitations. Had Sister & Sister cleaning services to deep clean the house in Bridgend and they were superb! Friendly and hardworking, real attention to detail. My oven and hob are spotless and the bathroom looks as fresh as it did when it was first installed! I can't recommend this company highly enough, so pleased. Thank you.

We recently booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello Services. The booking process was very simple and Saleem from customer services was friendly, efficient and responsive. The cleaning service was of a very high standard and the two members of cleaning staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this cleaning services company.

Saya was very kind, a great communicator & it was evident that she had taken her time to clean my apartment. In addition, I had asked her to wash the dishes as well, which wasn’t something she had to agree to (according to the company), yet she did it anyway which meant a lot to me. Furthermore, she was on time which is always great!

Used this service to help us move house on the 29th of November. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend 👌
