Excellent service. Hard working and trust worthy. I left behind a watch that I had forgotten about but the team put it to one side for me when it could easily have been “lost” and I’d be none the wiser. Thank you and I would highly recommend the team.

Hi would had been 10 but due to emails chasing payment when payment had already been made. Emails cause the finance to pay for a property twice. On a different note your admin team were professional and very helpful in providing me with discount for the amount of properties booked. Thank you

e case then this should be flagged up with clients before they come to pay so they are prepared and no need to panic. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were polite and helpful. The only thing I would say is there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as my call was answered but I also got two further calls from other staff thinking it was a missed call. The team that attended my property worked very hard and I'm very pleased with the result.
