Hi would had been 10 but due to emails chasing payment when payment had already been made. Emails cause the finance to pay for a property twice. On a different note your admin team were professional and very helpful in providing me with discount for the amount of properties booked. Thank you

e case then this should be flagged up with clients before they come to pay so they are prepared and no need to panic. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were polite and helpful. The only thing I would say is there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as my call was answered but I also got two further calls from other staff thinking it was a missed call. The team that attended my property worked very hard and I'm very pleased with the result.

Very happy with the team that turned up, worked really hard and did a great job. I was not that impressed with the admin side, having to chase to see a confirmation and repeatedly requesting changes to the quote only to be ignored
