l fine when Nicole and Marius and another lady turned up. They called in advance to there was bad trafiic but they were only 10 mins late. We waljed round the house and talked about ehat needed to be done and then they got working. It was a hot day and they only stopped for 2 breaks over the 4 hours they were here (4 bed house). What impressed me was that they asked to show me certain things that had not been done properly by the builders (chipped paint, not painted properly etc). They take care and pride in what they do. Thank you to them. My only complaint I'd have about Hello services is they offer external window cleaning but they do not have ladders or long poles to clean upper floor windows. This is misleading. They can only clean the windows they have access too it can reach.
