sue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.
