The cleaning was excellent, thank you. There seemed to be some communication problems about who to contact in order to get into the flat. But I will definitely use the service again.

I might be mistaken but i believed the fridge and freezer would be cleaned as long as they were emptied and defrosted as per the invoice but when the cleaners came they said we had to pay extra for that so I cleaned them myself before the cleaners started. Would be good to know if that is correct or not

The invoice and payment is very straight forward. The list of criteria was very clear. Cleaners came on time and very friendly. Found a few marks which were missed on the cupboard tops and skirting board but overall very happy with the clean. Will recommend and use again. Many thanks

The service was great but the price was quite high considering my property was already in a good clean state.

Our reviews come from three places: Google, Trustpilot, and customers we invite to leave feedback after a completed job (shown as "Verified customer"). We publish them as received and don't edit their wording. Only cleaning reviews are shown on this page. Where we have replied publicly, our reply appears under the review.
