Good communication from the service You know exactly what you are getting and the price On this occasion it went very wrong with cleaners not turning up and not informing me but I know that this doesn’t normally happen with this company

The cleaners were very good, and the areas to be cleaned were cleaned exceptionally well. But the initial time slot was missed which was 9am and was rescheduled for 2pm but they were dropped off at 1.30pm. This did not cause me any problems as I’m retired and in all day.

The service was easy and efficient to book. The ladies who cleaned our house were lovely, came on time, fully prepared and did a really nice job. I was impressed by how quick the service was, considering everything was spotless!
