requested to redo part of the tiled wall in the bathroom. Overall, I am content with the service rendered but, just wanted to provide honest feedback to your company.

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

Very good. Tina arrived in time and did a thorough job. The house was gleaming after she left.

Not perfect - but I’ve never had a clean that was! Very friendly and efficient team, and lots of horrible grime and grease gone. I was impressed to have 3 people do the job, which made it good value for money. A few cobwebs left behind around the windows, but no biggie. I’m happy with it, would book again.
