  Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

  The ladies did an outstanding job of cleaning and worked very hard. The only reason not to give a 10 would be price and the very prescriptive nature of the booking system which didn’t allow much flexibility on the day.

  They were very polite and did what I asked them to do. But I did feel that I had to point out a couple of things that cleaners should notice. You don’t just go through the motion of cleaning (windows) then leave them if they are still smeary. The oven clean was brilliant, like new. Overall, yes I would use them again.

  My husband said great service, but a couple of details toilet upstairs wasn’t cleaned inside, and aga hadn’t been completely wiped round tops, which he did both afterwards… I can say from pictures it looks amazing.. they were brilliant.   Really great clean, just had to do a last min change to plans as the start time was asked ot be changed less then 24 hours before the appointment by the cleaning team. I understand it was due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident) but still a bit of a scramble.
