Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

On time, friendly and even agreed on small extras that I've asked. Really pleased. Missed small bits of paint, but really small and negligible.

Arrived early which was great Bathroom left lovely and clean apart from a few minor bits Only complaint is dirty water got slashed onto my newly painted wall which has now marked it Overall a positive experience with just a few little things that could be improved

The ladies did an outstanding job of cleaning and worked very hard. The only reason not to give a 10 would be price and the very prescriptive nature of the booking system which didn’t allow much flexibility on the day.

Really great clean, just had to do a last min change to plans as the start time was asked ot be changed less then 24 hours before the appointment by the cleaning team. I understand it was due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident) but still a bit of a scramble.

Good service and even when they missed part of the cleaning I contacted them, they were apologetic and sent a team back a couple of days later to finish the job to the right standard.

The job was secured very quickly, for a fair price and I was pleased with the communation prior to arrival and the level of cleaning I was provided.

Both cleaners did an excellent job after my tenant left the studio in terrible state. Well done

The team arrived an hour later than expected, they missed one downstairs window and the top of one cabinet but overall the standard of work was good and they were polite and professional at all times.

Ridiculous situation where cleaners…
for drinks or food a carried out a good clean in a friendly manner before the long drive home again. I take my hat off to these two cleaners who were determined not to let me down I’ve read other customer reports from people who were not happy with the service but personally my experience was good and I would recommend the company based on that experience. I received prompt compensation for cleaners coming a day late.
