clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later

The cleaners did the work diligently. However, they lacked chemical solution for some limescale problems in the bathroom

Very good. Efficient, very easy to communicate, and the result is fantastic - love the new look of the bathroom! Ella's team did a great job. Definitely recommended.

The cleaning was good and areas I specifically asked for were dealt with well. We had wanted some walls cleaned, but felt that hadn't really been offered on your drop down menu.

All very clean. Just some cleaning at the base of the toilets needed redoing. Apart from that good service

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

The cleaner was really efficient and honest with his work. As it was pouring with rain the outside windows could not be cleaned and so he cleaned the gas hob and chimney instead. A great service.

Maureen D. · Oct 2021 · Deep cleaning
The service was great. My flat is clean and it makes moving back in easy. The people were nice and dealt with my Partner working from Home and my Cat too. We know the service is normally for vacant properties but they managed great. Only comment is it was A little expensive for a 1 bed apartment though.

Could have been a 10 but they forgot to clean the washing machine and it’s trays. I also forgot to check it as focused on other things. I had to clean the trays during the handover so even though it’s a small matter but would have preferred not to do it.
