“At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations.
