“After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me he covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers”

My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. “A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”
