“After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. “Excellent service. I had a deep clean and the price quoted was very reasonable for a very large 5 bed house with a large basement. Due to a leak we had to do a deep clean. The team that came were very polite, cheerful and worked very hard. So a big thank you to them and appreciate all the hard work they did and was very happy with their work. “At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”
