Deep Cleaning in Upper Edmonton

“First time using this company and I could not be any happier I found them. Sekai, Gary and Richmond did an excellent job doing a full deep clean of my house. Professional, friendly and polite at all time, they made me confident the job would be of high standards from the start. Thank you very much Jeremie”

“I booked a deep cleaning service and at the end the cleaner did a good job! I think a lot of the stress and back and forth could have been avoided if the cleaner got the correct job description for the first time, this is something the company could improve on, but I appreciate the effort of sending him back 3 times and finishing the service promised.”

“I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.”

“At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

“I had requested for a long list of cleaning services as part of a deep clean for the entire home. The day before I was told that there was no team available but Michael pushed to find a team for me. The team that arrived on the day did a really good job considering it was just two of them for the whole house. Thank you so much!”

“Initially I was very apprehensive due to a little miscommunication on arrival. But wow what an amazing deep clean 👏 My husband has a fur allergy and the previous tenants had lots of pets and the carpets were left as good as new. The oven also looks brand new ....I absolutely recommend, don't get hung up on any negative reviews ....these guys work so hard and deserve the recognition 👏 thanks so much”
