Personal Assistant to the CEO
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and multiโskilled Personal Assistant to the CEO who can seamlessly manage dayโtoโday executive support while also assisting with digital marketing and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure the CEOโs schedule, operations, and personal tasks run smoothly, while taking responsibility for small but important marketing and design projects.
This role requires a balance of administrative efficiency, creative skills, and flexibility to handle both business and occasional personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Daily Operations
- Manage and organise the CEOโs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
- Assist the CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Drive the CEO to business meetings, site visits, and official functions.
- Provide school run support by driving the CEOโs children to and from school when needed.
- Run errands and manage personal tasks for the CEO as required.
Marketing & Creative Support
- Edit and update company websites (content, layout, and minor design changes).
- Support the CEO in small marketing tasks, such as scheduling posts, monitoring campaigns, and reviewing analytics.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular updates, engagement, and performance tracking with Meta Pixels.
- Create content, including graphics, images, and videos for online platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing marketing ideas initiated by the CEO.
AI & Technology Support
- Research and implement AI tools that improve business workflows, marketing performance, and content creation.
- Support the CEO in experimenting with AIโdriven strategies and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in website editing and design (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and familiarity with Meta Pixel tracking and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Good understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing and business operations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license with confidence in driving both the CEO and family members when required.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Professional, trustworthy, and adaptable.

- Comfortable working flexible hours when needed.
- Discreet and reliable with sensitive business matters.
