Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools and eco-friendly, non-toxic detergents. You don’t need to supply anything.
EcoAre your services eco-friendly?
Yes. We use non-toxic cleaning products, follow a documented COSHH policy for safe chemical handling, and run a zero-landfill approach on clearance — recycling or donating wherever possible.
SupportWhat if my professional is running late?
We track arrivals via GPS. If there’s a traffic delay you’ll receive an automated SMS or phone update with the new arrival time.

PaymentsHow do I pay for my service?
Secure online card payments (credit/debit), bank transfer and cash are all accepted. Invoices can be managed via your customer dashboard.
ChangesHow do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Reschedule free via your dashboard or live chat with at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee — see our cancellation policy.
AccessDo I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as you arrange access — key safe, concierge, agent or neighbour — our professionals can complete the work and send photo confirmation.
ScheduleCan I book same-day or at weekends?
Yes. We operate 7 days a week, 08:00–20:00, and frequently have same-day availability for cleaning, man & van and clearance in major UK cities.
Pricing
FeesAre there any hidden fees?
No. Prices are all-inclusive of labour, equipment and insurance. The only extras are congestion/ULEZ charges and parking fees during loading or unloading, payable by the customer where applicable.
MinimumsWhat is the minimum booking time?
Man & van and handyman services have a 2-hour minimum. Cleaning and clearance are fixed-price packages with no hourly minimum.

CommercialHow is commercial work priced?

CostHow much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
From £125 for a studio, £170 for a 1-bed, £210 for a 2-bed and £240 for a 3-bed house — including deep carpet cleaning and appliance cleaning as standard. See the full price list.
EOTDoes end of tenancy cleaning include oven cleaning?
Yes. A full professional oven deep-clean is included as standard in every End of Tenancy package, along with other appliances.
EOTAre carpets included in end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. Our End of Tenancy packages include professional deep carpet cleaning as standard — one of the few UK providers to include it in the headline price.
Deep CleanWhat’s the difference between deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?
End of Tenancy follows a letting-agent checklist for handing back a property and includes carpets and appliances. One-off deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom refresh for lived-in homes; carpet steam cleaning can be added on.
CarpetsIs carpet steam cleaning included in deep cleaning?
Standard deep cleaning includes vacuuming. Hot-water-extraction steam cleaning is a specific add-on — from £30 per room or rug.
CarpetsDo you offer professional carpet and upholstery cleaning?
Yes — high-pressure hot water extraction (steam cleaning). From £30 for a staircase or medium rug, £35 for a single bedroom, £40 for a lounge; upholstery from £40. See carpet cleaning.
BuildersDo you offer after builders cleaning?
Yes. After builders cleaning covers fine dust removal, paint mark cleanup and debris clearing, leaving the property move-in ready.
RegularDo you offer regular weekly or fortnightly cleaners?
Yes. Recurring domestic cleaning is available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with discounted rates for regular bookings.
SpecialistDo you handle hoarder clean-ups?
Yes. Our hoarder clean-up service is discreet and compassionate, combining deep cleaning with licensed clearance and disposal.

OutdoorDo you offer pressure washing for patios, decking and driveways?
Yes. Our jet washing service covers patios, decking, pathways and driveways at £4 per square metre (minimum 20 sqm).

OptionsWhat’s the difference between man & van and a full removal?
Man & van is a flexible hourly service ideal for small moves and single items, from £46/hour. Full house removals include a larger crew, full logistics and optional packing — best for 2+ bed homes.
CostHow much does a man with a van cost?
From £46/hour (1 man), £74/hour (2 men) or £90/hour (3 men), with a 2-hour minimum — insurance, trolley, blankets and ropes included. Full price list.
IncludedWhat’s included in the moving price?
Every move includes a fully insured service, full help and guidance from the movers, and vans equipped with trolley, moving blankets and ropes.
PackingDo you provide packing materials and packing services?
Yes. Our professional packing service includes quality boxes, tape, bubble wrap and protective covers.
DistanceHow are long distance moves priced?
Up to 30 miles the hourly rate applies. Beyond that, per-mile rates apply each way: from £2.50/mile (30–50 miles) down to £1.40/mile (400–600 miles) for a 2-man transit van. See long distance moves.
EuropeDo you move to Europe?
Yes. We handle European removals to major EU destinations, with customs support and door-to-door delivery.
TravelCan I travel in the van with my belongings?
Usually yes — one passenger may travel in the van where space and safety regulations allow.
FurnitureCan you dismantle and reassemble furniture during a move?
Yes. Our teams dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes, and flat-pack or bespoke furniture as part of the move.

Single ItemCan you move just one item, like a sofa or wardrobe?
Yes. Single-item moves are perfect for man & van from £46/hour (2-hour minimum) — sofas, wardrobes, appliances and marketplace pickups.
TimingHow far in advance should I book a move?
Same-day and next-day slots are often available, but we recommend booking 48 hours or more ahead — and earlier for weekends and end-of-month dates, which are the busiest.
Handyman
CostHow much does a handyman cost?
£48/hour for one handyman, £78/hour for two, £99/hour for three — all multi-skilled and fully equipped, with a 2-hour minimum. Full rates.
TVCan a handyman wall-mount my TV?
Yes. Our pros carry heavy-duty anchors for masonry and plasterboard walls and can tidy cabling for a clean finish. See TV mounting.
LimitsDo your handymen do plumbing or electrical work?
We handle non-emergency maintenance — tap leaks, toilet repairs, basic light fittings. We don’t undertake major rewiring or gas work.
TilesCan you drill into tiles?
Yes, for bathroom fittings and accessories — though any tile drilling carries an inherent risk of cracking which the customer accepts.
AssemblyDo you assemble IKEA and flat-pack furniture?
Yes — one of our most popular services. IKEA and flat-pack assembly for beds, wardrobes, desks, gym equipment, sheds and outdoor furniture.
FittingDo you fit blinds, curtains, shelves and mirrors?
Yes. Our hanging & mounting service covers blinds and curtains, shelving, mirrors and artwork, with the right fixings for every wall type.

CostHow much does clearance cost?
All-inclusive from £130 (1 cubic yard), £180 for 5 cubic yards (≈ a medium skip) up to £590 for 20 cubic yards — labour, loading, licensed transfer and tipping fees included. Full price table.
Vs SkipIs clearance cheaper than skip hire?
Usually yes. Our 5 cubic yard clearance (£180) matches a medium skip — but includes all labour and loading, needs no council permit, and everything is removed the same day.
RecyclingDo you recycle unwanted items?
Yes. We follow a zero-landfill policy, recycling or donating items wherever possible through licensed disposal partners.
LicenceAre you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Hello Services is a licensed waste carrier, also licensed for electronics (WEEE) and general waste disposal.
Waste TypesDo you remove garden or builders waste?
Yes. Green waste (grass, soil, branches) and construction debris (plaster, tiles, wood) are removed responsibly via building waste clearance.
ExclusionsDo you dispose of hazardous materials?
No — we cannot handle asbestos, chemicals or medical waste. We are licensed for electronics (WEEE), furniture, appliances and general waste.
ScopeDo you clear whole houses, flats and businesses?
Yes — house clearances, flat clearances, business clearances, shed clearances and single items like sofas and fridges.
CarpetsDo you offer carpet uplifting and disposal?
Yes. We uplift old carpets and underlay, dispose of them through licensed channels, and can fit your new carpet in the same visit.
