Cancellation Policy
Clear and simple cancellation terms for all Cleaning, Moving and Handyman services provided by our company.
By using our services, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below. You may cancel your service at any time, and the following fees apply depending on when the cancellation is made.

- Use the online booking portal if booked online

Rescheduling and Amendments
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule a booking. Amendments requested within less than 24 hours will incur a 30 percent fee.
Additional Charges
Parking fees, ULEZ and Congestion charges are not included in the quote and must be paid by the customer when applicable.
Health and Safety Conditions
If the property is hazardous or unsafe for our operatives and this was not disclosed before arrival, and we cannot carry out the job, a fee of 50 percent of the job value will apply.
Company Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service in cases of accidents, emergencies or unexpected circumstances affecting the assigned team.
Customer Right to Reschedule
Customers may reschedule or cancel through phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat or through the online booking portal.
